Mezzo Soprano, Adrien Raynier's diverse portayals range from title roles of Carmen ad Cenerentola, the Italian Cinderalla, to Ulrica in Un Ballo in Maschera and Suzuki in Madama Butterfly.
She has performed two very different Mothers in Menotti's "Amahl and the Night Visitors" and "The Consul" and enjoyed being a boy as Hansel thrilling thousands of Southern California children as 'he' pushed the Wicked With into the over over 400 times!
Adrien has appeared as soloist with many West Coast orchestras and community chorales including the Santa Monica Symphony in Mahler's "Das Lied von der Erde" and as the female soloist in Pablo Neruda's epic South American choral/symphony, "Canto General" by Mikis Theodaorakis in Seattle.
She continues to support and find pleasure in recalling her 35 year history with over 140 productions as a chorus member of the Los Angeles Opera.
