Michaela Metivier
Soprano / Coro Piccolo / Ragazzi
Michaela Metivier is a classically trained soprano from Los Angeles, California. She graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance in 2019. She has performed multiple opera roles including Mother (Amahl and the Night Visitors), Eurydice (Orphée aux enfers), Madama Erlecca (Li sposi per accidente), and Romilda (cover) (Serse). She was given the opportunity to sing in a vocal arts master class led by baritone Richard Zeller (Metropolitan Opera) where she
performed the Doll Aria from Les contes d'Hoffmann. She also sings in local tribute bands, including Blondie tribute band Heart of Blonde, Madonna tribute band Like a Material Girl featuring Ladies of the 80s, and Paramore tribute band Parano. She has
previously sung the soprano 2 part and the solo “In Trutina” in a production of Carmina Burana at Ramon C Cortines School of Visual and Performing Arts.
