Hello, My name is Javier Posadas Gonzalez and I’m currently a student at CSUN working toward my major in Music Education. I’ve always had a passion for the arts and implementing it into anything around me because it is certainly a universal language I think everyone should introduce into their lives. That’s why I am working with the Mission Opera Team because we have the same vision to unify through music. My musical background consists of piano and percussion classes in middle school, marching and concert band in high school, and taking more piano and some voice lessons at Los Angeles Mission College. I was able to become President of the LAMC Music Club during my time at community college and it set me in the right direction towards being part of something bigger than myself.
